This is an Adobe Air application which captures an image from a camera and update the image inside a hole (hole is actually a frame) in which you can adjust your image. Open the link, download .air file, install and use. For taking an image, plug in web cam, cam video will be displayed in left upper corner, set desired position/angle and press Capture button, set image to the desired box of selected frame (Mobile, LCD, Tablet, Photo Frame, Fancy Photo Frame), enter image name, and path (it will store by default on Desktop) and press Save button to store the captured image.
